Toblerone Chocolate Cheesecake (Philadelphia)

I bet most of you have tried this recipe at least once because I got this recipe inside Philadelphia Cream Cheese Box!!! If you haven't, why don't you take a look at the ingredient below and spend some time making it?? As what Kraft says,
Philadelphia Cheesecake is as easy as mix, beat and pour LESS THAN 10 Minute!!!
Here's what you need,

MIX

  • A cup of plain biscuit crumbs (I just used any leftover biscuit either tiger, teddy or oreo)
  • 1/3 Cup  melted butter (You can either use double-boil the butter or just put in the med-low microwave for 30 sec or so)
  • Press the mixture into the base of 20cm springform pan and CHILL
BEAT
  • 2 x 250g Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • 3 ts gelatine dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water (Stir until smooth)
  • 3/4 cup of caster sugar
  • 100g TOBLERONE SWISS MILK or dark chocolate melted (you can either use double-boil or just put in the med-low microwave for 3 minute or so)

 POUR

  • Pour the *beat mixture onto the *mix crumb base and CHILL in refrigerator. (at least 2-3 hours or overnight)
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings and fruits (Strawberries)

Easy isn't it???

I've made this cakes for so many times that I could remember. Very delicious and so cheesy. I lurve it! Happy Trying okay!!!
